The SSAA Brisbane Branch holds Monthly General Meetings on the fourth Monday of each month (except December) at 7:00 PM in the upstairs room of the main club building.

These meetings are a vital forum where members discuss the operational aspects of the club, including upcoming events, safety policies, and range improvements. They provide a platform for the committee to present updates on the club’s financial status and achievements, while allowing members to voice their opinions, raise concerns, or suggest new initiatives. Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on the fourth Monday in October, is the most important meeting of the year for SSAA Brisbane members. Starting at 7:00 PM in the upstairs room, this meeting offers a comprehensive review of the club’s operations over the past year. Key agenda items include a detailed presentation of financial statements, membership statistics, and reports on range usage. The AGM also serves as an opportunity for members to vote on key decisions, including the election of committee members who will guide the club's direction for the next year.
