General Information
This shoot is available for up to 10 unlicensed Pistol Section Members to attend a Metallic Silhouette competition Friday mornings. Registrations Open 1 week prior and close at 9:00am on the day of the shoot.
To attend this shoot you must have been signed off as competent in the same firearm type (Rimfire, CF Revolver, CF S/Auto) Competency must be displayed to the Shoot Captain when signing on.
This shoot will not count towards your Safety & Training Competency Training Program, you will not be able to get your booklet signed.
Silhouette competitions are shot on the 200m Pistol Range.
Targets
40 Metallic Silhouette Targets.
(You will be supplied with 50 rounds, please remember if you do not hold a current Weapons Act licence you are not permitted to take any surplus ammunition home with you at the end of the shoot.)
Firearms & Ammunition
Similar to the Trainee Shoot you will pay for the ammunition and firearm usage fee at the time of booking.
Make sure to select the correct firearm type when making your booking, as firearms and ammunition are prepared according to the bookings received.
