Terms Of Registration

Guidelines for attending competitions:

  • Rendezvous competitions are open to all shooters who have a current Category A/B Firearms Licence.

  • Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to competition start time. (arrive 6.30pm for a 7.00pm competition);
  • Sign on will close 10 minutes prior to competition start time.
  • Do not attend if you feel unwell, or have symptoms of a cold or flu;
  • It is strongly recommended that members have the COVID-19 App active on their smartphone;
  • There is a limited number of attendees for each competition. Do not attend without a booking;
  • No guests or spectators;
  • Upon arrival go directly to the Standing Post Area;
  • Do not move from one area/zone to another area, eg do not move from the Standing Post Area.
  • Leave the range immediately after the competition and all equipment has been put away;
  • Bring your own hand sanitiser and use as required. It is recommended that each member sanitise their hands after sign-on, before and after attending to targets.
  • Bring your own pen for sign-on and scoring;
  • Social distancing of 1.5m must be adhered to when not on the shooting station;
  • No handshaking or high fives;
  • The key phrase from the Government is ‘Get In, Train, Get Out’. There is to be no lingering or congregating on premises, including the carpark;
  • Anyone who cannot/will not comply with range attendance conditions, should not attend;
  • People aged 70 years and over, people with chronic medical conditions, people with compromised immune systems, are strongly urged to take extra precautions to reduce the risk of illness from COVID-19;
